EPOS/TREG - Build Term/Dates/Times

What is the end-result of this process, or the hand-off
Sets term dates in EPOS/TREG for the start/end of telephone registration. Start date is the date that students can call in to receive their priority date (per Mooney). Modified 08/22/01
What steps must be taken independent of the computer system (Manual Process)
Which steps must be taken on a computer (Electronic Process):
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Type in http://epos1/encore/ (return)
2a) username: (network username) (tab)
2b) password: (network password) (tab)
2c) Domain: sbccd (return)
3. Click on Maintenance
3a) select - Database
3b) click on "Open Database form"
3c) click on the `+` in front of REGTERMS.DAT.MDB
3d) click on "REGTERMS" and Display Form button
Note: use the arrows at bottom left of regterms window to move between term Records.
3e) Update the following fields:
- Year of session
- Session code
- Session code to be sent...
- REG START DATE1(this should be the date priority dates are available
to see (web) or hear (treg)
- REG START TIME1 (leave 06:00:00)
- REG STOP DATE1 (day before next term begins)
- REG END TIME1 (leave 11:59:59)
Leave remaining 4 fields blank

3f) click - Add/Update Record icon on the tool bar
3g) click - Commit Changes to Database icon on the tool bar

4. Close "regterms" window
5. Click "Close" on the Select Database Form window
6. Click "Logout"
