This process should be done by Loretta Payne for Valley and Kathy Labagnara for Crafton. The process will reset a record flagged as a high school student to "New". This process needs to be done the day BEFORE registration begins for a term (advanced registration) in order for billing to process correctly. The systems analyst role is actually to remind them to run this report. At times, depending on circumstances, the systems analyst may need to run the report.
