Student fills out certificare of achievement form at end or near end of course. Evaluation of requirements Form forwarded to Kelly Bingham to type certificate, acquires signatures from Dean, Department Head, and President on forms and certificates. Copies of all applications who have received certificates for year end reporting and graduation tracking are kept in file. Certificates mailed to students. Graduation tracking is important for commencement publicatons. EMS Fire & Respiratory Program certificate graduation process differs from all other certificate programs at Crafton. The Department Secretary from Respiratory sends the Admissions office lists of Potential students, as they have met the requirements the certificate are posted. Copies of the cerfificates are sent to the Admissions Office so the certificates can be filed into the student`s file. |
