Print Additional Earning Report to audit for missed contracts, missing information and errors in data entered.
Which steps must be taken on a computer (Electronic Process):
Call up Additional Earnings screen to create record for all contracts received from Instructions offices at Valley and Crafton. After Social Security Number is entered refer to Contract determine earning type, contract hours, rate of pay, account number, and campus (District = 0, Crafton = 1, Valley =2). Information not provided in contract are:

EEO = 2 (faculty)
Contract Duration = 1 (less than 9 mos)
Leave Status = 1 (N/A)
