After a student completes the test, the test is then sent to Wonderlick for official scoring. Test scores from Wonderlik are manually entered in the TSUM screen in Datatel under Other Tests.
Which steps must be taken on a computer (Electronic Process):

- Upon set-up students to enter Name, SSN, Date of Birth.

- Students are required to answer background questions prior to actual testing. No time limit for any of the testing except 30 minutes for the essay test.

- All students start testing with Elementary Algebra. Depending on Algebra score, take Arithmatic if score is in low level range, or College level Math if score is in high level range, or students may not take any other Math test score is in mid level range.

- Students who are self identified in their background questionaire as ESL (English as a Second Language) will systematically be given the LOEP (Level of English Proficiency) skills test. All other students will be given the basic Reading Comprehension and Sentence Skills tests.

To transfer test score from Accuplacer to Datatel:

-In Edit menu in Accuplacer choose Load CPTs Data and then Export. This process will prepare the test data for export from Accuplacer. Then run Brett`s program located in a folder called Brett that will actually import the scores into Datatel. Brett`s program will at the same time generate an error report of any data that could not be in loaded into Datatel. This error report will be e-mailed to the Assessment Technician in a Microsoft Word document.

- Research in Datatel all students in error report to verify correct spelling of name, SSN and verify student has applied to the college. If name and SSN are misspelled, correct name and SSN in Accuplacer then rerun Brett`s program to reload scores. If student not in Datatel, contact Admissions office.

CON (Contact History screen):
After scores have been loaded into Datatel, the Assessment Technician creates a contact history record for the Assessment test. Enter `AE` code in Contact Type field. Type `Assessment Testing` in Contact Summary field. F10 to save the record.
