What steps must be taken independent of the computer system (Manual Process)

1. Go to the telephone room which is located on the bottom floor of the Campus Center behind Campus Police. Once inside of the main door to the telephone room, go to the door straight ahead and all the way to the back behind the two big cabinets, which is the Harris 20-20 telephone switch. There are two computers on the desk, sit at the terminal that is on the left. 2. Hold the "Ctrl" button and the letter "C" down simutaneously. 3. Enter the username and password, (see James Harris II, Craig Ferguson, Mike Fink or Dr. David Harris for access). 4. Once into the system, type "edt" 5. Type "sel b" 6. Type "ext mod" 7. Type the 4 digit extension number. 8. Hit the "enter" key until you reach the prompt of `last name`. 9. Type the last name, then hit the "enter" key. 10. At the prompt of the `first name`, type the first name. 11. Hit the "enter" key until you reach the `ext` prompt. 12. Type "exi" at the `ext` prompt. 13. Type "save " at the `B` prompt. 14. Wait 3 and 1/2 minutes then type "exi" at every prompt until logged out completely.
