Contact customer to inform that person the status of the work and/or work order. |
What steps must be taken independent of the computer system (Manual Process) |
1. Get all information possible from the customer for research purposes, ie: time, date, type of work, when was it submitted, submitted by whom, what department, contact number, etc… 2. Check the work order boxes located in the Communications Center room where James Harris II sits. The boxes are located directly behind James. 3. If the work order in question is not there, contact Carol or Cheri Jolli in administrative services at extension 1660. 4. Once information on the status has been successfully found, contact the customer to advise of the status at the contact number provided by the customer. |
