Reset a Voice Mail Passcode on the CallXpress3

Customer calls and forgets their voice mail passcode and would like the voice mail passcode reset.

Note: The voice mail passcode can only be reset to "0000", ( four zeros), then the customer can get into their voice mail and change the passcode to their desired code.
What is the end-result of this process, or the hand-off
The CallXpress voice mail passcode is reset to "0000", ( four zeros).
What steps must be taken independent of the computer system (Manual Process)
1. Go to the telephone room which is located on the bottom floor of the Campus Center behind Campus Police. Once inside of the main door to the telephone room, go to the door straight ahead and all the way to the back behind the two big cabinets, which is the Harris 20-20 telephone switch. There are two computers on the desk, sit at the computer that is on the right.
2. Hit the `enter` key.
3. Type the mailbox number and the password, (see James Harris II, Craig Ferguson, Mike Fink or Dr. David Harris for access).
4. Select "C", (mailbox), hit the `enter` key.
5. Type the existing mailbox number, then hit the `F1` key.
6. Hit the `enter` key until until you are in the field of the security code.
7. Type the letter `Z` on the keyboard to reset the passcode.
8. Hit the `F1` key to save.
9. Hit the `esc` key until you get the log off prompt.
10. Type the letter `Y` to log off.
