Reset a Voice Mail Passcode for District

Customer calls and forgets their voice mail passcode and would like the voice mail passcode reset.
What is the end-result of this process, or the hand-off
Voice mail Password is succesfully changed and saved.
What steps must be taken independent of the computer system (Manual Process)
1. See James Harris II, Craig Ferguson, Tom Collins, Mike Fink or Dr. David Harris for access.
2. Once access has been gained click on Subscribers, (top left of screen; always click `NO` on the Security Warning screen that always pops up).
3. Click on the blue magnifying glass icon, (top right of screen).
4. Select `Extension` at the `Find By:` drop down menu.
5. Click `Find` with an asteric, (above the number 8 key), in the `Find` field.
6. Select desired extension and click with the mouse.
7. Under Subscribers, (top left), select phone password.
8. Check box `User must change password at next login`
9. Under `Reset phone password`, change to "12345"
10. Under ` Confirm password`, change to "12345"
11. Click the gray save icon, (top right of screen).
12. Log off, (bottom left of screen).
