Customer calls and forgets their voice mail passcode and would like the voice mail passcode reset. |

Voice mail Password is succesfully changed and saved. |
What steps must be taken independent of the computer system (Manual Process) |
1. See James Harris II, Craig Ferguson, Tom Collins, Mike Fink or Dr. David Harris for access. 2. Once access has been gained click on Subscribers, (top left of screen; always click `NO` on the Security Warning screen that always pops up). 3. Click on the blue magnifying glass icon, (top right of screen). 4. Select `Extension` at the `Find By:` drop down menu. 5. Click `Find` with an asteric, (above the number 8 key), in the `Find` field. 6. Select desired extension and click with the mouse. 7. Under Subscribers, (top left), select phone password. 8. Check box `User must change password at next login` 9. Under `Reset phone password`, change to "12345" 10. Under ` Confirm password`, change to "12345" 11. Click the gray save icon, (top right of screen). 12. Log off, (bottom left of screen). |
