To check for current day credit card activity on EPOS/TREG 1. On the switch box, click port selection until the green light is highlighted on EPOS1. 2. In the lower right-hand corner, click on Programs, start, and then ICVerify. 3. Once ICVerify comes up on the screen, examine the white area at the botom of the screen which has the headings status, type, clerk, etc. This is where the current days transactions are held. If there are no transactions listed, refer to the comments below (under Notes) for information to give the Admissions/Registration clerk who phoned. Repeat the above process for EPOS2. |

IC Verify will NOT close the previous days batch until a transaction has taken place on the current day. Check the current days activity using the process listed above. If there has been no activty for the current day, tell admissions staff they can manually close the prior day using the SEMA screen in Datatel (they have training) or they can wait until a transaction takes place. Either one of these options, will close the previous day`s batch. |
