What steps must be taken independent of the computer system (Manual Process) |
1. See James Harris II, Craig Ferguson, Tom Collins, Mike Fink or Dr. David Harris for access. 2. Click Device at the top of the screen. 3. Select Phone. 4. In the 3 drop down menus of `Find phones where`. 5. Drop down menu 1, select `Directory Number`. 6. Drop down menu 2, select `begins with`. 7. Drop down menu 3, leave blank. 8. Click Find. 9. Select the extension that needs to be modified. 10. Select and click the line that needs to be modified, (on the left). 11. Click` Delete` to delete th at line only from that phone or check or uncheck the box at the bottom of the screen for ringing, (the space bar will put a check in the box, leave blank for that line to ring). 12. Click `Update and Close`. 13. Click `OK`. 14. Click `Reset Phone". 15. Click `Restart`. 16. Close screen. |
