Which steps must be taken on a computer (Electronic Process):

1. Open Internet Explorer 2. Type in http://epos1/encore/ (return) 2a) username: encoreadmin (tab) 2b) password: 3. Click on Operations 3a) choose start lines 3b) click on the box titled 01. This will highlight the line (or lines) that need to be started. 3c) click OK. A confirmation box will appear. Click OK again. Repeat the above steps for EPOS2 (i.e., open Internet Explorer and type http://epos2/encore, then repeat steps 2a through 3c).
