This program produces 2 listings via e-mail and 2 ASCII files in the HOLD directory. The listings are: 1. Honors List - Students with 3.50 + GPA and 6 -11.9 units. 2. Deans`s List - Students with 3.50 + GPA and 12.0 + units. The ASCII files are: 1. DEANSDATA in the _HOLD_ directory (/datatel/live/collive/_HOLD_) 2. HONORSDATA in the _HOLD_ directory 3. The ASCII files can be FTP to the user`s My Documents folder so labels can be printed. The label template must be installed on the user`s computer. 4. To FTP the files: a. Get into GUI version of Datatel b. Choose Options, Import File c. In the Host box, enter "HOLD" d. In the Items box, enter DEANSDATA, or HONORSDATA (Each file is done separately) e. In the local box, enter DEANSDATA.txt, for text file or .doc for Word document. f. Click "OK" g. After the import is finished, click "Exit" h. The DEANSDATA.txt file is in My Documents/wIntegrate folder. h.
