- Priority Date screens on Campus Central will now display only those priority dates for terms listed. - Web registration screens on Campus Central will now display only those semesters for student to be able to regsiter for.

What steps must be taken independent of the computer system (Manual Process)

Which steps must be taken on a computer (Electronic Process):

1. Run XWRT – Web Registration Term List (found under SSS – Student System Setup, RGS – Registration Setup) 2. Enter in “C” for Crafton terms or “S” for Valley terms, and hit enter. 3. Type in the term you wish to add or remove (ie. 2004FA, 2002SM, 2005SP) 4. Enter in “Q” and hit enter, close program and hit enter. 5. Enter in “S” to save changes, or “Q” to quit without saving and hit enter.

The S02.WEB.REG.TERMS file in Colleague needs to be updated to lists the current active semesters to be viewable on Campus Central. The S02.WEB.REG.TERMS file is used to display available Priority Dates information, as well as lists those semesters that are register able online. Note: Program written to update this file is S02.WEB.REGC.TERMS.
