On YODA as Administrator: Start -> Settings -> Printers Double click Add Printer. Select My Computer, click Next. Click Add Port. Select LPR Port, click New Port. Enter IP address and printer name. Click OK. Click Cancel. Click Next. At Add Printer Wizard window select either the Printer or Have Disk to add drivers. Click Next. Enter Printer Name, Click Next. Select Shared and enter Printer Name. Select any additional OS`s and click Next. Click Finish. |

Printer name is composed of building, room number and printer type. Example: B113-HP5SI for a HP-5 SI printer located in Business building room 113. For muliple printers in the same location add the letter P and a number. |
