Request an official's attendance

Use this form to request the attendance or participation of the Chancellor or a member of the Board of Trustees at a community event.

Submitting this form initiates a request; it does not confirm attendance. Officials' calendars are committed well in advance, so please provide complete details to help our team review your request promptly.

Please submit your request at least 30 days before the event. Requests received less than 30 days in advance may not be accommodated due to scheduling constraints.

What happens next

You will receive an email confirmation with a reference number immediately after submitting.
Our team reviews the request with the requested official.
We follow up regarding availability using the email address or phone number you provide.
