The Business & Fiscal Services department is responsible for SBCCD Budgeting, Purchasing, Contracts, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Student Loans, Environmental Health & Safety, and Facilities Planning & Construction. We are committed to the development and implementation of programs that will assist or enable employees and the community to better serve the greater learning community of the San Bernardino Community College District.
