Darnique Terry: Fast-Track to Full-Time Employment

Darnique Terry’s journey through the 90-day Transitional Work Program demonstrates the power of determination and hard work. Completing the program in just 73 days, he secured full-time employment ahead of schedule.

Hired as a janitor at the Ronald McDonald House on August 9, 2024, Darnique began earning $19.50 per hour with guaranteed full-time hours and the potential for overtime. Throughout the program, he displayed strong leadership, offering advice to peers and contributing actively in meetings.
