EDCT collaborates with the California State Employment Training Panel (ETP) program that offers short-term, accelerated upskill and layoff aversion training at low to no cost for employers statewide. We provide customized, practical, and in-demand classes that can be customized for a group of employees or accessed year-round through our training calendar.
