Justice-Impacted Services empower individuals who have faced barriers due to being justice-impacted by offering them a pathway to meaningful opportunities and brighter futures. Our comprehensive programs are designed to provide not only practical job training and certification but also the support and guidance necessary to build lasting success. From participating in Caltrans transitional work crews to receiving one-on-one career counseling, individuals gain hands-on experience and develop skills that are in demand across various industries. Additionally, our supportive services are tailored to help participants overcome challenges and achieve stability, ensuring they have access to the tools, resources, and encouragement needed to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
