Position Description Questionnaire

All CSEA Employees and their Supervisors are being asked to complete a Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ).

PDQ & Interview Timeline

• April 2 PDQ due from employee (email to Supervisor and kzaragoza@sbccd.edu)
• April 9 PDQ due from Supervisor to HR (email to kzaragoza@sbccd.edu)
• April 25 & 26 CPS HR Consultants will be conducting interviews and focus groups at CHC
• May 1 & 2 CPS HR Consultants will be conducting interviews and focus groups at SBVC

If you submitted a PDQ and did not receive notification to participate in an interview, please contact Karla at kzaragoza@sbccd.edu.
