District Climate Survey

Employee Climate Survey Of District Central Services

Each year, the Employee Climate Survey of District Central Services is administered in April with results posted here in May. Below, you will find a full report and a summary report for each year. The full report includes all data collected, including demographics, questions about interactions with each office and the services they provide, shared governance and inclusion, in addition to written comments and feedback. The summary report provides a brief overview of the survey results with an emphasis on response rate, overall satisfaction, and three examples of the types of questions asked about each service area.
